Warranty regulations
A,Service products: adhesive mounting machine series
B,If the buyer of the equipment has one of the following behaviors, it will be deemed as 
automatically giving up the warranty right::
1. Using the equipment to engage in illegal or ethical activities;
2. In violation of the provisions of the contract and in arrears with payment for goods or 
maintenance;
3. 3.Disassembling or refitting equipment without permission.
C,Warranty period: the warranty period is within one year from the date of equipment 
installation, unless otherwise specified in Section IV, items 1 and 2. The time of receipt of sales 
invoice or warranty card shall prevail, otherwise, the date of equipment delivery shall prevail.
D,Within the warranty period: during the warranty period, the adhesive mounting machine 
is free of spare parts fee and maintenance service fee except for the warranty clause.
1. Whole machine warranty: the glue installation machine is guaranteed for 1 year, except 
for the key board, brush, sun knife, small milling cutter and other vulnerable parts.
2. Free service scope:
(1) In case of non-human factor failure, provide free door-to-door service or free spare parts 
repair service;
(2) Free maintenance service will be provided for the same failure within three months after 
the maintenance;
(3)Any spare parts and equipment replaced free of charge belong to the service provider.
E,Beyond the warranty period: the price of accessories shall be in strict accordance with 
the company's standards. The price list of accessories is subject to change without notice.
F,Service area regulations: the local dealers provide maintenance services within and 
outside the warranty period. In principle, the manufacturer does not provide direct service; 
if the manufacturer needs to provide on-site service, the users within the warranty period 
need to bear the travel expenses of service engineers, and those out of warranty shall be 
charged according to the standard.
G,Service time: provide services to users within the working hours stipulated by the state. If 
the user needs to provide the service outside the working days stipulated by the state, it shall be 
subject to the local service provider's conditions, and additional fees shall be charged.
H,Service mode: customers are obliged to provide fault phenomena and cooperate with 
corresponding operation, so that engineers can accurately judge problems, save maintenance 
time and improve efficiency.
